Some Call Outs

I will make some modifications to suit my fitness level and the results I achieve. Although my daily schedule is pretty busy, but with dedication, perseverance, and a sprinkle of Megan’s undeniable confidence, I’m determined to get back into the swing of working out regularly.

Back home in the Midwest, I have a personal trainer that I had been working with for months. While I’ll admit I miss their instruction when I’m in the East Coast, I luckily have a work-out regime provided by them. I plan on mixing in their routine, Megan thee Stallion’s butt (leg day) workout and some moves I found off of TikTok.
