Why should you use tongue scrapers?
A study published in the Journal of Periodontology found that tongue residue is responsible for half of all cases of bad breath (excluding the 15% of cases not originating in the mouth).
Over the year’s I’ve used various tongue scrapers, and this one is the more intuitive to use. The double handle design makes it easy to maneuver without scraping too far back on your tongue.

COSRX Toners (for layering)
As a skin care buff, one of my favorite things I love to do is layer my toner. Depending on how you all your toner, it can be used as an extra cleansing step or nutrition/hydration.
My favorite skincare brands usually come from Korea and COSRX is no exception. Each of the toners in the picture have their own unique features and effects. (Which you can mix and match!)
The Hydrium toner is a hydrating toner which contains 6 types of hyaluronic acid. It has watery texture and great for dehydrated skin.
The Propolis synergy toner nourishing toner which is consist of honey extract and propolis. It’s great for both dry and dehydrated skin. I currently am using this one in particular and its really great. My skin feels amazing the morning after doing my night routine. It also has a thicker consistency than other toners, so you know the honey extract is very present.
The AHA BHA Vitamin C Toner (aka ABC Toner ) is a brightening toner that contains AHA, BHA and Vitamin C. Since the active ingredients like AHA , BHA and Vitamin C is infused in forms of fruits extract, it’s okay to use daily.
Viscose Clothe
I’ve never been to a Korean spa, but this clothe makes me feel like I have been to one. All I want is a spa worker to scrub the dead skin off my entire body. With this Viscose clothe, I can (sadly) do it myself. All you have to do is soak in the bath for about 15 minutes, scrub with this and watch the dead skin peel.
Feet mask

Speaking of dead skin, get a load of this guy. Like I said in the TikTok, use this and the winter skin on your feet will peel off like a snake shedding its scales. It’s a weird experience to have a foot mask with the solution on your feet, but it works like crazy.
